has anyone tried to take the front disks on a junk GT and put them on the rear of their driver? i would like totake up some space in mt wheels....i konw you will probably have to do some cutting and welding so don't be affraid. also what US model can iget the 4 piston calipers from?

you would have to use the front steering knuckel ine the back ... but then you would have to do some cazy fab work to keep the same rear suspension.... and you would lose your hand brake ... it can be done.. but it will take alot of fab work ... you might be better off trying to custome fit there rear brakes off another car that has a 5 x 100 bolt pattern ...
if your really thinking about doing this.. i suggest taking a diagram of there rear and front brake assm.. to see how each works and then see if you can go from there ... or if your willing to do or have all that work done... -------------------- |
