RCTCelica,
Are you machining this bracket yourself? Lets say, I get a set of brembo calipers off ebay off a subaru or porsche. Would you be able to make custom brackets for the calipers? Im using brembo disc, but their the same size as oem. |

QUOTE(madmods @ Feb 10, 2006 - 10:08 PM) RCTCelica, Are you machining this bracket yourself? Lets say, I get a set of brembo calipers off ebay off a subaru or porsche. Would you be able to make custom brackets for the calipers? Im using brembo disc, but their the same size as oem. the brackets will work fine with any rotors. i suggest using 13 inch rotors since thats what i have and thats what they are spaced out for. as for the calipers, they won't work with other companies. here is one thing that many people don't know. all big brake kits are universal. the only thing that you are paying for are the more detailed parts such as the mounting bracket, rotor hat (lug pattern), and brake lines. all pads are universal when it comes to BB's when ordering pads from let say wilwood all they will ask for are how many piston calipers and what kinda caliper, in this case dynalites. so my bracket will work with any 6 piston wilwood calipers. I will have to double check on the four piston calipers. are you looking into getting big brakes? what is your budget if you dont mind me asking. |
