95celica st looking for higher performance, any solution except the engine swap Options

hi everybody, i am a new driver and i got my 95 celica st half year ago, i am wondering what kind of stuffs i can do in order to receive better performance on my car?
as i know, the st model have 98hp only. Is it correct?
are there any method to raise the hp up to arround150?
please give me any suggestions that work and list me the price if possible.

I was drinking a soda and spit it out laughing when i read your response! Remember the guy with the 5th gen celica called frakenstien(supra headlights) that was swapping the v8 with rear drive into his celica on car domain? I posted it here a few times. I think he found out the hard way! This is his quote:
