 Underdrive Pulleys, Are there any out there? |

Are there any underdrive pulleys available? I have heard that you can put an ASP underdrive pulley for a Corolla with a 7aFe engine on a ST Celica for 8hp gain. Will it fit on a celica? Are these hard to install if anyone has one of these?

If you go to ASP's site, they say something about having a harmonic balancer on their pulleys. I don't know if it applies to the 7afe, though.
