 weird noise, 5th gear |

my 5th gear is makeing this weird winding whistleing noise all my other gears dont do it just my 5th gear. i think i might need gear oil or my gear is just going out...i dont know can one of you help??

if it was my alternator then wouldnt it make noise on all gears?
