less than half an hour ago my alarm goes off and i hear some guy speed off...so i go outside to check, turns out some guy scraped my driver side door/fender and managed to rip off the entire front lip. did i mention my car was parked?

hey guys,
this is what the damage looked like. its not much. the guy is claiming that I ran into him. i'm not even sure if this is worth reporting to the insurance company. This isn't a 100% win situation; he might end up wining the case and i have to pay for damage.
