So, im gettin me a set of pacesetter headers tomorrow from Matt (96c-onevert), and i was lookin at the pics of it that he sent me..and im tryin 2 figure this out. Will it bolt straight up to the oem cat?? I know the O2 sensor bung is in the right spot.

I don't have my first cat and my car passed emmissions in Houston which is as strict as Cali. I'm not telling you to do it or anything but just giving you my experience. That header will bolt up to the stock b-pipe between where the original cat ended and the pipe with the flex on it. You will not need a new downpipe but you might want to get a new flexpipe made up seeing as how the stock one gets crushed really flat where it goes over the front suspension and axles. Just be sure they pick up the mounting point right before the second cat or it will buzz like h3ll.
