 RS Akimoto Intake Tubing, Will this work? |

RS Akimoto has spiral-flex intake tubing that can be used to create a custom intake. The sizes range from 3in to 4in and 2ft to 4ft and also insulated or non-insulated. I am thinking about making my own intake using this tubing (3in). Will this work?

Here's a tip for you.....what ever you do don't fix or fasten the pipe to the engine or anything attached to engine(except for the intake manifold).
Try and fix it to the chasis or items bolted to the chasis, this is because the movement of the engine while driving will rip the pipe out. |
