I'm looking at a 99 black GT with beige leather 5sp 70k it's on a dealer lot what is a fair price? there asking 10.5k

I'd say its a go
 buy it!  Hahah after reading through this thread it makes me wonder if I got ripped off when buying my Celica. I paid 7 grand for a car with a rebuilt title on it. My car was T-boned a while back, and then for some reason a boat company bought it and fixed it up, and then sold it. I bought the car with 71k miles on it... But on the plus side... It has THE cleanest runing engine I have ever seen, it runs as if nothing happened, the only problem from the accident is that the driver's door is a little screwed up, it doesnt really aline well with the back window... If you look at some pics of my car with the top up, look at the back window on the drivers side, something doesnt look even...
