How can you tell if it's bad? Also, ya know those stupid "performance chips" you can buy off ebay for like 20 bucks, my fiance and his friend think my car has one and that's why it's doing so bad on gas. I've gotten 2 opinions on my car already as to why it's doing bad on gas and no shops can find anything. My o2 sensors are good, etc...
So they're thinking it's either the coolant temp sensor or a chip. Anyone know how i can find out if my car has one of those chips? Thanks!! -------------------- ![]() |

speaking of this, i may need to replace my coolant temperature sensor. when i start my car in the cold, it doesn't idle up like it should.
