I'm looking at a 99 black GT with beige leather 5sp 70k it's on a dealer lot what is a fair price? there asking 10.5k

I bought my 99 GT in 2004 for $11,500. It had 66k miles @ the time. Wait wait...it actually cost $13k but I had $1500 to put down on it.
Come to think of it I got it for $11k cause they took off $500 since I didnt like how the paint on the hood had a couple chips in it... --------------------  |
