is their a way to run it with out the BOV being recirculated and not have any problems. my friends eclipse is sapoused to be recirculated but he got a MAF translator so it doesnt expect the air that is being blown off. is their any thing like this for the 3S??

"problems" is relative. Most of us on this site have BOV vented to the atmosphere and do not have any real "problems". The problems are really limited to occassional backfires and a very slight performance decrease imediately after shifting. If you like the noise of a BOV vented to the atmosphere, its really a pretty small price to pay. For me, the noise is more annoying than anything else so I decided to buy a BOV that can be recirculated.
