 Wobbling while steering |

hey i got a 97 celica gts and my steering starts to like go loose and wobble when i'm goint about 100km/h or over. anything underneath 80km/h the steering is nice and stiff but i dont' know why it wobbles at such high speeds.
i just got my wheels balanced but that didn't seem to help the problem. |

feel the top of your front tires, you might be able to tell if the belts are worn, that is what happened to mine, got new tires and the shaking of the wheel went away. let me know how it works out
