I remember doing that to my car when I first got it... being broke from paying for the car and all..
Wasn't pleasant at all... everytime you hit a pot hole or a minor bump it feels like the shocks are bottoming out. I wouldn't drive around like that too long, you're gonna blow your struts in the middle of the road. Edit: Damn I just noticed that it's a '99... Take care of your Celica man!
