how much horsepower can I get out of my 7a fe engine?? and that without a turbo, just change and enhance internally, please help me

check out my profile to take a look at my mods....I'm going to a dyno in a few days and than I'll let you know. I an just say the I gained very much at high RPMs and a lot in low RPMs. The work I've done gave me good results.
