 97 Limited Edition celicas, what make them LE |

what does the 97 Limited Edition celica have that made them LE...or was it just another way to make it sound rare soo they can sell more?

LE's have "celica" stiched on the seats. little badge on the rear view mirror. badges on the fenders. Also I think 97 was the last year they made ST's. Only a certain amoutn were produced, I have yet to see a 98 or 99 st.
So i guess thats why they are limited. --------------------  I will return one day. |

So i guess thats why they are limited. correct, they stopped productioin of st's in 97, and if i remember correctly only 1500 usdm 97 st's were ever produced. no le for me  but at least its got almost every option  verde, i love the le green color. my bro was soooo close to getting a 97 le green like that. we were like 5 min from the guys house to look at the car when he called to tell us it was sold

This is a really old Topic. Lots more info has been added in other posts on this subject. Some have cloth some have Leather. The Henry Vo link that used to be on here had excellent info as far as standard features, options available, sticker prices, ect. If anyone can find this Please PM me the link.
