i have recently been in contact with a guy who is picking up flood damaged celicas, i put a want it now ebay ad saying i needed a celica with a blown motor/transmission for a swap.

what do you all think of this, what do you think would need to be replaced aside from things that would be replaced during a swap anyway?

there is a toyota 6gen here that my friend keeps bugging me about to buy. its a gt manual with a blown engine i think...owner wants 500 for the whole car. i havent seen it yet but he keeps insisting that i get it (like i got money to throw around....



If it is structurally sound then I would see that as a good project car! (i'd still try to talk down the price some though, just to see if I could get it for less)
