just keep in mind that the IC setup will not fit under the hood of a celica.

I bet it will if you relocate your battery and fusebox and do a little tweaking to the IC piping. I've seen it done on a 5th gen and it looks decent. Granted, it was a 3SGTE but I still think it's do-able.
