Second job, anyone got one? Options

I only work 3 days at my job now ( 3 12hr. shifts) and I have 4 free days on my hands and am looking for a decent second job to help pay off some bills and save up some money for projects and the biz I'm going to start. Does anyone here have a good idea for a second job? Something that might pay pretty decent too? I'm looking for at least if $10 hr. if I can. I know this isn't a job classified forum but I'm looking for opinions.

waiting tables is one of the best jobs you can get as a second job. sometimes, it even pays off to have it as your only job.

i worked at red lobster for 2 years, and served for about 7-8months of that. on average, i made at least 15/hr cash in pocket. on top of that, i'd get a check for 10-20 bucks at the end of the week. not much, but it puts gas in the tank. also, it's one of the most forgiving jobs as far as working with scedules. that's how restaurants work. everyone there has other things they need to do, so the managers are used to structuring schedules around people's lives. also, if money ever gets tight, restaurants are notorious about being so easy to pick up a shift to get extra payola, so that's another positive to keep in mind.

the main downfall of the service industry is that people can be real assholes. if you're able to get passed that, which isn't that hard anyways, that's where the money is.

after i got a "real" job, and worked 8-5 M-F, i worked at red lobster at most, 3 times a week. it was great, bc i'd bring in an extra 200 bucks or so a week, on top of my paycheck from my drafting job. however, they stopped working with my schedule, mainly bc the serving manager was a dickhole. it was very tiring, but worth it.

my vote goes for serving tables. nothin beats the instant gratification of walking out the door at night with over 100 bucks in your pocket after a very short shift.
