how much horsepower can I get out of my 7a fe engine?? and that without a turbo, just change and enhance internally, please help me

i'm not the one that lists an oil cap right next to "Performance Mods"  Besides i got all that TRD stuff or $70 cuz my old stuff was never changed and i know a guy that is a toyota mechanic and he gets me stuff at cost..better than having plugs with 100,000 miles on them right..
