 shipping a car, anyone ever done it? got any reccomendations |

so i think i finally found a shell thanks to easternpiro, in north carolina.
its about 400 miles away, which i wouldnt mind towing it but i dont have a truck. i have a dolley but no tow vehicle haha. anyways, i was considering shipping it, people have gotten quotes of like 800 bucks to ship cross country, so i figure 400 miles shouldnt be all that much. have any of you ever done vehicle shipping? do you reccomend any sites? |

i know that, but i figured if someone had a particularly good experience with one company, or knew one with cheap rates, id be set.
i think im just going to tow the vehicle anyway, i just HAVE to find a friggin truck. most shipping companies want ridiculous amounts for non running vehicles. |
