how the **** do you get this ****ing ********* *** **************** off? it's an allen key bolt with a nut on it and i'd assume you have to wrench the nut whilst holding the bolt still with the allen key. but, this is ****ing impossible, or so it would seem. how have you guys taken this **** off?

Use a hex head piece with a socket.
![]() With a socket wrench, you'll be able to apply far more torque than you ever will with a piddly allen key. Allen key is also likely to bend or snap too.
