Ha guys just drove my 94 celica with the new centerforce clutch I installed. Well the clutch pedal doesn't disengage the clutch until the pedal is almost on the floor! So how do I adjust this?

-I see there is a threaded rod on the clutch pedal that I will lengthen but there is only a 1/4" left to lengthen the rod so I don't believe I'll gain much here!

-I'll try bleeding the line even though it was never opened...

-ANy other ideas????

-I am thinking of wellding a little extra metal onto the pushrod that is at the clutch end to get more length to work with....Is this called the master cylinder can't remeber the tech. term.... *I'll do this last if others don't help......

dont weld anything on

1st try a full adjustment. if that dosnt help you, they sell longer push rods for our cars.

read this PDF, it will explain how to adjust it.
