Last I knew, on ramps were for accelerating so that you can merge. Did I miss a chapter in my drivers handbook that says otherwise?

i hate when you are on the freeway in the slow lane going around the speed limit and have so slow down because some idiot only accelerated to 40 on the on ramp
and i hate when people speed up, cut you off, and then slow down either because they are going to turn or because they are just pricks. if you cut someone off you need to make sure that you are going to at least go faster than them |
