Last I knew, on ramps were for accelerating so that you can merge. Did I miss a chapter in my drivers handbook that says otherwise?

i really hate when celica owners almost run into your rear bumper during meets (on video by the way)
 tailgaters defenitly slow people in the fast lane people who BRAKE while merging onto a highway...while still 30mph under the speed limit |
