Removing Rear Seats, easybotz?

I was just curious how difficult it is to remove the rear seats (94 coupe, leather), I could only find one bolt easily between the two seats, but I havn't taken the plastic interior sides (armrest/speaker housing) off yet. Anything I should know before I start? Thanks ahead of time.
