Last I knew, on ramps were for accelerating so that you can merge. Did I miss a chapter in my drivers handbook that says otherwise?

 looks pretty typicalQUOTE they dont use their blinker till 1/2 way into the turn... Yup that one gets me too, its like the whole point of a blinker is to tell other people your going to move, waiting till your 1/2 way though the lane is just being an airhead.
