Anything under a .500 is a red light or a false start b/c it takes .500 for the last light 2 change from yellow to green. So a .500 would be considered a PERFECT start and a DAMN GOOD r/t. This GIRL i raced at the track actually got a r/t of .509 on me the 1st time i ever went to the track.  she pretty much  me in that race. She was driving a Z28 Camero.
