ok today I got my cheap egay filter..
 And my atp restrictor and t3 oil outlet gasket. the restrictor is weak i can only get the 1/8 npt male in like 15% of the way in then it feels like I'm about to cross thread. i emailed them and ......  last week i spent like $30 at summit and all i got was this pimpin hat.  .....i got my 24" -3an line and some -3an to 1/8 npt adapters too.

Trouble is, whether or not you need it is dependant on quite a few factors. Some people use them and blow thier turbos, some people don't use then and blow their turbos.
Well, what I typically do is run a 1/8" line (3AN) with no restrictor, and a nice big, straight return line.
