So i was checkin around some of the local car club forums and i found this on one.

So i was lookin and i saw the price..not 2 bad..$15K CND. I was thinkin if i sold my celi, this would be a deffinate buy for me. So i was looking through the pictures again and noticed the Neon in the back ground. I figured "hmm..that kinda looks like Stefan's neon. So i kept looking at the pics and this video that went along with it. I read the article again and relized the guy whos sellin this is one of my buddies i went 2 highschool with. Me and this guy Mike were the only 2 guys drivin toyota's (me with my 87 supra and then the celi and him with his beat up AE86). So i gave him a call and started givin him sh*t for not tellin me he got his buisness up n running. So he told me 2 stop by, take a look at it n give it a test drive. So i took her around the block a few times and WOW is that thing fast. So i talked to him about a deal. He said that we could do 1 of 2 things. 1 i trade him my celi for it, or 2. i sell my celi and buy it from him for $13.5K and do some advertising for him.

Would you trade ur celi for this beast??

Hes sellin it to me for $13.5 CND cuz i helped him do alot of work on his AE when he had it and cuz hez one of my friends..if you wanted to buy it..$15.5 CND

dude id get it but check on auto traders cuz they have 5 other sky's on there. all between 10,800 to 20gs. its a hot car but what do you think the insurance is gonna cost you?? im reconsidering mine too now....but i just got it body'd and painted!!!!!!...damn

Ive talked to some of my other friends with imported cars (other R32s, 180SX's, 1J supra's, 300ZX TT's) and they said the insurance isnt that bad. They say that the only thing to do, is when they ask you the model, say its a GTST or a GTS-4 so they dont nail you with the RB26..mind you most insurance companies donno the motors any ways

Nope, he had this thing imported straight from Japan no more then a month ago. It landed downtown, it may have sat at a dealership for a day or w/e for my buddy to come pick it up (he goes through a contact he has that has a contact in japan) and straight to his driveway, well..his shop soon as his lease agreement passes.

I personally wouldn't do it, only because it's modifed and that means it was probably ran hard and beat to hell. Bulletproof or not, I don't like "agressively used" cars. If I'm in the market for a car and I see so much as one cone filter or fart can I immediately walk away.

wasnt agressively used. The dealer in Japan said only one owner b4 it was sold, he babied the thing, and it shows. Most skylines or imported cars have dents on them, scratches, chips missing out of the paint. This thing = Mint.

You can get GTS-T type-m or GTS-4 easily for under 10 000 $.

The only reason I don't get one is the parts and maintainance items, maybe if I had more money and a garage for a 2nd car I'd think about it but for now, those car cost alot more time and money than one could think of .

Yea you can get GTS-T type-M's or GTS-4's for under $10 000, but most of them have roughly 100xxxKM on them and its only an RB20. This thing is true GT-R and has 84xxxKM on it. Most GTR's with less than 100xxxKM on them sell for $20K +


and for an update. I talked to my friend, i told him im workin on convincing my parents (celi is under my dads name) to let me buy it. My dad is in a bad mood cuz he thinks his company is gonna lay him off soon, even thought he is gonna b fine if they do. But any ways, i talked to my mom and shez around 50/50 on this. She loves the look of this skyline, relizes i know what im talkin about, relizes its comin from some one i know n trust, and knows that i can get parts relatively easily for it (that was her main consern *its from japan, what if somethin breaks?? can you get the parts here??*). So right now its in negotiations. Im gonna go see him on sunday cuz my buddy wants to order a GTS-T Type-M from him and my gf wants me 2 ask how cheap can she get an S-Cargo from him..lol. Its so ugly, but shez got a thing with ugly cars.
