I just started gettin into freerunnin/parkour last year, and went out on friday and remembered how much fun it is. If you have no idea of what im talkin about go to Le Parkour.ca, Parkour.Net, or Parkour Toronto. Its sooo rediculusly fun, and pretty cool to watch too. Any one else on here do it??

been doing it for a while, i LOVE running and this was just a natural growth from that. i mean running around a track is only so fun
 . must have missed this post a while ago le parkour. check out the vid i posted of david belle. we have a club getting started here going on campus. not that well known, but i think once people try it, theyll love it.
