Today i started to really install the turbo. took the front bumber
off the radiator and the stock exhaust mani spent like half the
day on one bolt- striped it -drilled it- broke it. my turbo exhaust
mani is very diffearnt from NIK's old 7afte i also had to cut the
top left hand side of the mani. the down pipe has to go between
two refrigerant lines they are really close i was thinking ...i drain
the refrigerant then with a torch heat up the line and bend it a
little. how much dose it cost to get it filled?

i'll post some pics later

i had to kill my A/C frown.gif . one line ****ed everthing up. i need to get this line bent in a weird way for my A/C to work.

today i tryed to mate the turbo to the mani broke one bolt, drilled through and put another in. made a gasket because after puting it together i could slip a thin pease of paper between the mani and turbo..(somebody told me this would happen).
ran inlet oil line and outlet. no restrictor...? ideling at about 60 psi.
i put on of those flex exhust pipes going stright down in for now.

Turned on the car today turbo started to spin nicely smile.gif lot of smoke but not suprized. mounted the intercooler. called it a day smile.gif

something dosn't sound right? ....i'm tired
