Me and my buddy were out all day today, and I have no date or anything so here I am on a Saturday night doing push-ups. You guys ever done Royal Push-ups? For those of you who don't know, you take a deck of cards, and deal out 5. You do the face value, (J, Q, K is 10, A is 15) 5 times for each card. A face value of three or less means you have to do diamonds.
It's a badass workout. It just takes a long time, but I got plenty of that seeing as how lame I am ![]() -------------------- |

BTW, this is a really good way to get your bench up, I hadn't worked out in about a year and a half cause I broke my wrist a while ago and let my gym membership lapse, I started back in January, and I put up 250 today. I felt like I could do a little more, but I had already done 2 warm up sets and 240 set. I want to get 300 by June, but I'm a bit skeptical. 300 definately before the season starts in late August.
