Just got my First Celica, 97 GT some Q's Options

Whats up im new here. Just got a 1997 GT 2.2L. Im trying to figure out what motor I have. Im pretty sure its the 5SFE. Im thinking about putting some boost on it. How much POWER can the stock motors hold? 250HP 300HP? I have built a few custom turbo kits so this would be no problem for me, I just dont want to break it. I got this car for a killer deal, but the clutch it smoked. I was looking at the Exedy Clutch kit on Ebay....are the good?

well since the 5sfe is an eco motor, it can only go with boost for so long. pressure has been running his setup for quite a while and has seen some promising numbers (200 some HP) comapared to the stock 130. read the writeups on the 5sfte and best of luck. also congrats on the new car. also if you're looking for a crazy upgrade in power, you're best bet would be to swap in a 3s-gte either from an all trak, gt-4 or a MR2. stock they produce about 230 and since you have a GT it would be a much easier swap compared to an ST
