Just got my First Celica, 97 GT some Q's Options

Whats up im new here. Just got a 1997 GT 2.2L. Im trying to figure out what motor I have. Im pretty sure its the 5SFE. Im thinking about putting some boost on it. How much POWER can the stock motors hold? 250HP 300HP? I have built a few custom turbo kits so this would be no problem for me, I just dont want to break it. I got this car for a killer deal, but the clutch it smoked. I was looking at the Exedy Clutch kit on Ebay....are the good?

turboed or just built up NA. turboed pressure i think has has the best results but itchys numbers were good as well(i think).
