whenever i make a right turn and some times when i am going straight there is a loud scratching noise coming from my rear driver side wheel i think it might be that my emergency brake has some rust on it and it is hanging up and rubbing but its only when i make the right turns and some times going straight so i wasnt sure

make sure brake shim isnt hanging over caliper and rubbing rotor. take wheel off, inspect pads, shims, rotor, sway end link, strut.
