   i believe i have the gt4 latch already but there is still a gap any help? can i buy anything to fix it or did i miss out anything so far? |

i have been to like 3 body shops..but none of them know how to fix it
they said it shoudn't work by juz adding those washers in it >< |

QUOTE(zombie @ Mar 14, 2006 - 11:25 PM) [snapback]407783[/snapback] i have been to like 3 body shops..but none of them know how to fix it they said it shoudn't work by juz adding those washers in it >< thats cause theyve prolly never seen a GT-4. trust me, just go to your local hardware store and take the two bolts from that raised center section in with you. get bolts that are like 1/2 or 3/4" longer. get like 8 or 10 washers. install the longer bolts, with the washers under the bumper cover. adjust the amount of washers till the gap is gone. chances are, from them tighening the bolts all the way down like that, they bent the metal retainer that goes over the bumper cover. you may have to bend it back a little, or order a new one. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
