 steering wheel removal, how to? |

I want to put a steering wheel off the 7th generation celicas on my 95 gt and was wondering if this is possible or if anyone has done it. Also how do you remove the wheel without deploying the airbag when unhooking it?

Im not 100% sure but you might be able to disable the airbags with the control unit. I had to mess with this when I installed my quickshifter, its under the center armrest. Just unscrew the bolts inside the armrest and unplug the control unit. You can see this if you look at the quickshifter how-to that coomer did. I dont know if this will absolutly disable it, but its a start.
