I've got a head gasket leak, I think. It's not very bad. I use a quart of oil in about 2 months. Car eats a little radiator fuild too. I'm wanting to do a swap this summer, but I was wondering if an oil stabilizer would help for now. Or one of those restore things. I've always been worried about putting that stuff in my motor. I'm not a real "band-aid" kind of guy. It really bothers me to not fix it right. But I really just don't have the time right now, and I'd like it to be better than it is for the time being. Anyone give me any tips?

I've seen the lucas oil stabilizer before. It looks just like glue or something. It seemed like all it would do is make the oil thicker, but I thought there might be something I didn't know. I will fix this as soon as I'm done with finals and before I go to summer classes this year. But like I said, I am really busy right now, and I'm lucky to find a day or two off to drive to my uncles place to fix it. It's hard sometimes for him to find time to help me too. I don't have the tools, and even if I did, I'd still want his help on something like this. Headgasket is a big deal. I'm trying to find a Camry so I can put the 1mzfe in my car.
