want to have a seperate key for the doors ? or the hatch ? or to start up the car ?

the door handles can be swapped or you can just swap the key cylinder in the handles, so you can keep your existing color door handles

the lock set may be sold to Jeremy, waiting for a definate from him.

first, make sure the window is up.

the door locks are held on by 2 10mm bolts and the rods are clipped on with a "U" clip (see the red/orange thing on the back of the handle pictured). 2 rods per handle (door open, door lock)

once you have the entire handle assembly out, the cylinder is easy to replace (clips in/out)

if Jeremy does buy mine, I know someone who might have a set for sale in a few weeks.
