Yesterday i had a street race against a sierra cosworth rs500 and while i activated the nitrus beck the tube nearly exploded! Thank to my mechanic i had an extra safety valve that propably worked and stopped the nos supplyment to my intake. Some people there told me that propably this happened because of overheated intake, but i dont think that the temp was so high to cause this problem, and in the past i have use the nos, with much more temp. Does anyone know something about this problem or had something like this in the past?? I dont want to know what would happened if the 10 lbs of the bottle would explode, but i dont want to loose the extra (just in case) boost!!
Is there any website with a specific forum about the nitrus oxide systems, or some advanced informations about troubleshooting??

Thanks for your reply.
I am trying to find NOS contact details because i believe that the company that swaped the system in my car is trying to make me believe that it is my fault, and they did everything they should do when two weeks ago they inspect and did the maintenance service in my car. They will replace solenoids, hose and filters with no charge and this seem to be suspicious to me.. If it was my fault, caused by overtuning in the boost valve and overheated intake that propably cause a short of
"uptake" as they said, they would ask for a lot of money..
So, as you said the best think that i can do is contact with NOS. I am trying to find their website but the only thing that i found was dealers of their products.
I wish someone could help me with that!
