Im stumped, and i have probably seen it before some time. Who makes this? found it during a yahoo image search on the france yahoo website.

Mad - do a search in general forums - there was 2 topics about this car. I found this car like 4 years ago, and talked with the guy, he is from Spain, and front bumper is civic bumper customised on Celica.
