ok, so my car just randomly started making a vibrating, and it was pretty clear that it was from the rear. Upon looking at it, its something in the rear brakes, as when you jack the car up, you can freely turn the tire back wards, but when you try to turn it fowards it locks up. this obviously is bad.... so after adjusting my parking brakes, it was fine for a little while, but then went back to what it was doing before. after adjusting it again, same story. so anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I made an appointment for a brake place to look at it wed. afternoon. Not really looking foward to have to bring it to some place.

ok, well it was two independent problems. The ebrake being out of adjustment is fixed, and it still rattles. The rattling is a combination of blown struts and bad strut mounts (from the struts being blown and still driving? what causes your mounts to go bad?) The shop i was at wanted $455 to replace both back struts and mounts, struts were about $100 each, Mounts about $90 each, and the rest labor. Anyone know what it takes to replace the mounts? i know i can replace the struts myself. Also, what are some good places to buy struts? I Know I can get them cheaper than $100 a piece.
