i want to get hyper ground wires but is their any brands that make them?

was jus about to post this, is this the thing that drags along the ground? (the thing from the fast and the furious that everyone thought was a nos line or something)
cause that was a grounding kit or w/e, supposed to lessen the static in the motor and increase horsepower i guess? anyone notice a diff? --------------------  |
