![]() I need some help/advise... again . We have a topic going on toyotaownersclub.com about swapping the head from a 3sfe to a 3sge . Has anyone on here done this or heard of it ? My 3sfe is about 130-140bhp but the 3sge is 170-180bhp . Apparantly the main difference is the head and ecu . If i can get them will it work ? will the 3sfe put out the 3sge perfromance ? TOC - Topic Does this make sense to you ? ![]() ANY help will be appreciated 'Thanks Chris ![]() This post has been edited by crismillencolin: Mar 27, 2006 - 8:41 AM -------------------- 351.5bhp RWD TT

I'm not too sure you'll get the same performance from just swapping the head that you would from the entire 3sge block.
There is a guy who swapped a 5efe head from a Toyota Paseo onto his 3ee in his Toyota Tercel and he said it sounded a little nicer and performed a little better, but was not the same as the 5efe. So you should notice a definite improvement, but expecting 3sge performance may be asking a bit much. But I could be way off. -------------------- '94 Tercel
