smile.gif Hello you clever Gen6 people .

I need some help/advise... again .
We have a topic going on toyotaownersclub.com about swapping the head from a 3sfe to a 3sge . Has anyone on here done this or heard of it ? My 3sfe is about 130-140bhp but the 3sge is 170-180bhp . Apparantly the main difference is the head and ecu . If i can get them will it work ? will the 3sfe put out the 3sge perfromance ?

TOC - Topic

Does this make sense to you ? smile.gif - sorry if this topic has been discussed before , i always forget to search .

ANY help will be appreciated

'Thanks Chris wink.gif

I'm not too sure you'll get the same performance from just swapping the head that you would from the entire 3sge block.

There is a guy who swapped a 5efe head from a Toyota Paseo onto his 3ee in his Toyota Tercel and he said it sounded a little nicer and performed a little better, but was not the same as the 5efe. So you should notice a definite improvement, but expecting 3sge performance may be asking a bit much.

But I could be way off.
