I'm thinking about doing a tail light conversion to the 94-01 Integra Altezza Tails. I know everyone's thinking "ewww everyone has those".. but truth is they look good on silver cars and I really want to do a Tail Light conversion. I'm just curious to know as to how much money (approx) it would be for a typical body shop to do this type of thing.

I'd go with some 98+ Integra stock tail-lights(I think those are the ones with the red turn signals) if it were my car, simply because I don't like altezzas on many cars, but that's just me.
 I think that the stock tail-lights without any amber would look interesting on a sixth gen. Go with what you want though, and don't let anyone's opinions affect yours, because it's your car.
