^ exactly. Here once a car is 15 years old to the month, its allowed to be imported to canada. Hense why we have R32s, 180sx', Plusar GTI-R's, Levin's, etc. In a few years we are able 2 import thouse things here and 95% of the cars imported are modifyed to an extent. My friend actually just bought a R32 GTR with a fully built up R34 motor swapped in. Hez got 860WHP and he paid $26K CND for it imported to 5 min away from his house.
