Hey, so i was going through my garage today, and came across a bag with a bunch of speakers i bought back when i had my supra. I was thinkin "maybe i should put these in the celi, but, i didnt know where. So i though, what about the Hatch cover?? But then i started thinking, how would that sound?? Would it rattel the crap out of it?? Im still not 100% on weather or not i wanna do this. It was just an idea that came 2 my head.

I will not do it. All the speaker you need is the front two if you are speaking in a sound quality perspective. if it is decent speakers, mounting them on something flimsy like the parcel tray is also not going to help much.

Spare the parcel tray from it. I took a loooong time to find a parcel tray that hasnt been butchered to put 6x9s in.

Think twice, before cutting smile.gif

I agree 100% with you my friend. In the past i have made a lot of stupid things to get the maximum db, and it cost me a fortune to get the interior of my celi in a decent condition.. Maybe somebody would like these kind of mods, but i think that it was the most horrible thing that i did to my car!!
Take a look and tell me your thoughts about these modifications.. Would you like to have an interior like this?

Well, what you did doesn't really make sence, but I do give me a lot of credit for actually doing the mods for the speakers cuz it takes a lot of time and prefection to make door pannels that good. One thing that I see is that none of the MID's speakers in the doors are facing the driver. With your money you should of you went with SQ and make the best SQ celica.
