Hi,
Im having a big problem with finding the solution for my waterleakage problem. On the beginning it wasnt much but now its around a gallon. On both sides of my trunk theres water in the place where the jack is. It doesnt dissapear out of its own but i dont know if there?s a ventilation point at all. Does someone else had or has this problem and knows the solution??? Thnx already, ps. i already checked the taillights but dont think thats the problem. THere are little drain plugs in the bottom of the areas, Atleast there is one on the drivers sidew. IT might be plugged up with a piece of rubber. Look underneather the area and you should see it. I haad the same problem and just removed the rubber piece.
Your main concern should be the water leaking in. On my car there is a metal join where the water should run around the trunk. TUrns out that was leaking. I just let the car dry for like 2 days then cleaned it really well and put silicone across and tried to cram it inthe joint as much as I could. I have not had any leaking problems since. Hope this helps |
