Right now I'm really unsure of what to place in my front doors. I have teh 3 speaker panels. I wanted to either place good component (6.5+tweeters+stock 4") or 2 subwoofers (plus aftermarket tweeter and 4").
I want good sound quality with good bass, I like the 8" door sub setup cause I wouldnt have to carry a sub box in the trunk.. -------------------- ![]() -Rémy 02 SiR, 08 250R |

2 subs...I would not bother unless you have good knowledge of fiberglassing etc and also knowing what components to buy to complement cover the freq. range.
Depends on how much you know. I will say that a 2 way system will be easier to work with. You can always leave the 4" there unplugged instead of forcing yourself to go 3ways because of it. An easier place to place 8 inch subs would be where the rear speakers are. It will work really well and be easier to do than the doors. More space to fiberglass an enclosure .
